When students are getting ready to leave school they have lots of choices about what to do next. Deciding what to do can be hard. Through a Careers Guidance programme linked with support from the Department of Works and Pensions, students are able to gain knowledge and develop the skills necessary for the world of work or further education.
All students have Next Steps lessons during which teachers guide students through career planning including the application processes and interview techniques
We work with a variety of agencies including Medway Education Business Partnership, Medway Youth Trust, Princes Trust, Mid Kent College, Mid Kent Job Shop, North Kent College, National Apprenticeship Service, Local Employers, Maidstone Skills Centre, Capstone Park Team.
